JUNIOR SQUAD             

     New members are always welcome to join at this age and because they are

older and more adaptable they settle in fairly quickly. We also have Juniors who

have moved up into this section from the Juveniles, and have a good understanding

 of the skills and responsibilities involved.

  Members in this section have generally been with the troupe for a number

of years. They have learnt the basics of twirling and being part of a group, and

are now beginning to have fun for themselves,  and with the friends they

 have made. Teenagers often provide the energy in social groups and this

 is also the case in this section, where they are learning to express

themselves as they begin to mature into adulthood.

The Junior squad train in the same session with the Senior squad

and in often perform in the same group routines.

As they mature they help each other out and then begin to help other

members of the troupe. They see then the benefits, rewards and

pleasure that helping others can give.
